This
official document clearly delineates the defendants
pattern of "intent" to defraud students.
This was a criminal felony jury trial, taking place over the course of five
days, and ultimately ended in a conviction on all counts. Defendant was sentenced
on 10/26/2010. This
official document is the summary decision
denying the final appeal of the convicted defendant, concluded on October 25th,
2012.

"proof of other crimes is I believe it does go squarely to
the issue of
absence of mistake or innocent frame of mind, intent, and identity
of the defendant. The acts are very, very, very similar. They are
all opened through the same relationship with the defendant. They
all are coming from students, the allegations,"
Green Dragon Society - Slandered by Impostors
Further, the predominant usage at this trial of our name, Green Dragon Society, as indicated throughout this official document, without even the thinly veiled "international" prefix attached, is an indication to the degree of impersonation perpetrated during these proven crimes, which crimes are themselves scandalous, slanderous and malign, a detriment against our organizations good name and also the personal reputations of the full membership within the official and original Green Dragon Society.
At the week long trial the name Green Dragon Society was spoken many hundreds of times, yet the supposed name of the defendants school is "International" Green Dragon Society, which name was only mentioned FIVE TIMES throughout the trial period. The times it was mentioned was by the prosecutor. The defendant, the leader of the school, never called his school by anything except our name while he was under oath. Testimony of the defendant's own witnesses, his lieutenants, likewise show automatic intent to use our name. Legal testimony under oath in a court of law and now public record can be used as evidence to prove intent of name and trademark violations.
The Green Dragon Society is currently under deliberation whether to publish the complete transcripts of the entire trial, a volume well over 1000 pages in length. The trial was attended from beginning to end by members of our organization, giving them first hand, direct knowledge of the testimony. Our understanding is NOT based on hearsay! The full transcripts would reveal so many things.
